Year 10 Cookery Experience
Pupils attending the Cookery Experience at Bournemouth and Poole College.
Selected Year 10 Food and Cookery students were given the opportunity to attend a lunchtime service at the rosette winning Escoffier Restaurant at Bournemouth and Poole College. The students looked around the kitchens in action and experienced a two course lunchtime service served by professional waiters and waitresses. Students were inspired by the range of flavours, inspirational menu and innovative presentation of the dishes to support their current Hospitality and Catering coursework.
