On Tuesday 26^th February and Wednesday 27^th February, Hampshire Cooking Competition from Harbour Hotels carried out two workshops with Years 9 and 10. Students learnt a range of new skills and how to make Italian meringue passionate fruit tarts from scratch. They explored and experimented with a range of skills supported by apprentices from Harbour Hotel.
