PE Changing after Period 5
As part of feedback from the Student Council, students have suggested that they would like the opportunity to go home in their PE kit if they have Healthy Living during lesson 5 of the day.
As an Academy we would like to support this request and will be trialling this change during next half term. From the first Monday back after Easter, if students have Healthy Living during Period 5, they will be allowed to leave the Academy in their PE kit. We recommend that students ensure their school uniform is packed away into their school bag at the start of the lesson to ensure they take all of their school uniform at the end of the day. Students are still able to get changed into their school uniform but they may have reduced time to do so.
The amendment to the PE changing will reviewed at the end of the half term. Students should ensure they have the correct PE kit otherwise they will be asked to get changed into their school uniform before they leave the Academy to ensure the high standards of uniform is maintained.
