Representatives from the Arts University Bournemouth gave a talk to 6th Formers on the creative industries. 

The presentation highlighted how the industry has evolved over the years with the progression of technology.  Students compared the ways in which their parents communicated as teens to the way they communicate now and then imagined how their own children will communicate in years to come.  This opened their eyes to the wealth of opportunities, courses, careers and jobs in this area, some of which they had never even considered as coming under the 'creative' umbrella such as 3D organ printing.  We hope the talk inspired our next generation of events managers, journalists, games designers, photographers and architects to name but a few.
