Why choose Further Mathematics?

Further Mathematics is designed to broaden the mathematical experience for those where A level Mathematics is not enough!  Further Mathematics develops some of the concepts met in A level and brings it to a higher plane, providing more opportunity to see how mathematics is applied.  This subject needs to be studied in conjunction with Mathematics A level. 

How will I learn?

Lessons will include lectures, discussion, websites, graphing packages, self and peer assessment and lots of practice – all in order to deepen knowledge and understanding.
