The competition took place at the Hospitality and Catering Department at Bournemouth & Poole College on Friday 6th January. 

Charlie and Liam were the youngest competitors from local schools, including Talbot Heath, BSG, The Grange and Winton & Glenmoor Academies.   The judges were really impressed with their skills, presentation and final meals.
